Rates for services:

*** Please note that the rates listed below are provided as a general guideline. Actual fees may vary and could be higher depending on the nature, complexity, or urgency of your specific matter. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Notarization

$75 + GST for first Notarization

$30 + GST for each additional Notarization

Additional Services

An additional fee of $10 applies for each of the following services, if required:

  • verifying and signing a photograph

  • signing an exhibit

  • witness signature
     

Mobile Services

$150 for locations within 10km of our downtown location (includes 3 notarizations)

$250 for locations between 10km and 50km of our downtown location (includes 3 notarizations)

Cash or e-transfer only. 

Appointment Instructions

Please bring two valid pieces of government-issued identification to your appointment.

 

If you require certified true copies, ensure you bring the original document along with the exact number of copies you wish to have certified.
